After placing your design order,
we will send you an order confirmation email. We
will ask you for your desired contents for the website
and request you to complete a short questionnaire
so that we can learn about your business and your
specific requirements.
Some of the questions we ask include:
| 2. |
Website goals and objectives. |
| 3. |
Your color and style preferences. |
| 5. |
Examples of websites you like and others. |
If you have specific text and images you would like
to include (maybe from an existing brochure or catalog),
you can send those to us either by Postal Mail or
Electronic Mail. As soon as we receive your information,
we will immediately begin work on your custom website
design. As always, you are encouraged to share ideas
and feedback along the way. |
|

| Within 5 business days, we will send
you your first design draft. We will start with
the design and layout of your main page and will
send you 3 layout to begin with. Then, you will
choose to work with one. If you are not happy with
any of the desing, then we will send more choices
your way. After you've chosen a design and layout
that you like, we will make revisions to that design
and layout until you are completely satisfied. |
|

Once the design and layout for your
web pages have been finalized, we will plug in the
contents that you want to see on your pages. You
can send your logo, text (or copy) and images to
us in an email, attached as a word document or plain
text file. For your images, you describe what you
would like to see, and we will pick the images for
you. You can send all of this content as soon as
you have it - you don't have to wait until the design
and layout of your web pages are ready.
We will continue to revise your web pages until
you are completely satisfied. |
|

| You will be able to view all your
concepts and revisions through a link that we will
send you in our email communications. Once you are
completely satisfied with your website, we will
ask for your final approval then launch the website
to the world. |
